Bones For Life

"I am looking forward to another long walk tomorrow on the Prairie. For a good 7 years I have not been able to stand or walk for more than 20 minutes without my back, specifically my left leg getting that L5 nerve pain that originates from the disc.  I feel so good in body and spirit after this surprise, not to mention that standing and lifting while doing bodywork is now easier.

It has also been interesting to witness the shifts in other student's personality bodies as well as on all the other planes.   One of my fellow BFL students now seems like a new woman.  She is brighter, more uplifted, confident, and her voice energy is so different, in sound and demeanor. It is truely amazing to see and feel this transformation!"

These classes are designed for the professional who would like to enhance their skill base into movement science to assist clients or want to become a BFL teacher. It is equally appropriate for those who have a goal of advancing purely personal goals of improving posture, alignment, function, gait, reducing pain and an expanded sense of well-being. BFL CHAIRS CLASS:  In this BFL class we will do most of the  processes from Chairs.  This class is suitable for those who have some difficulty standing for long periods or who find the regular Bones program too demanding. However, these process still involve plenty of gravitational and organizational challenges even for the advanced student. You will need to be able to come up the stairs to my studio to participate. Class size is limited.
