Bones For Life

"I am looking forward to another long walk tomorrow on the Prairie. For a good 7 years I have not been able to stand or walk for more than 20 minutes without my back, specifically my left leg getting that L5 nerve pain that originates from the disc.  I feel so good in body and spirit after this surprise, not to mention that standing and lifting while doing bodywork is now easier.

It has also been interesting to witness the shifts in other student's personality bodies as well as on all the other planes.   One of my fellow BFL students now seems like a new woman.  She is brighter, more uplifted, confident, and her voice energy is so different, in sound and demeanor. It is truely amazing to see and feel this transformation!"
